Hi Chef Charles, my Grandmother used to make cobblers of all kinds. She made a Blackberry dish that she called "Blackberry Doobie". She made it in a big pot like yours but she dropped into that Blackberry mix dumplings that she made by hand. Im going to try YOUR Blackberry recipe with dumplings. It is the closest recipe I have seen to hers. None of us were smart enough to get her recipe. I guess we just thought that she would live forever. Ill let you know how it turns out.
